reminds me of this dialogue in RDB when Aamir quips about his life and then on a more serious note remarks how lakhs of DJ`s have screwed themselves up in the world.

anyway, cheer up dude.

Hey Prith...

u c...there r two ways out of this situation..one is that which u have taken..which is natural..u can end up being a loser with all the rest of them..by wishing to die...coz u r hurt...
the second way is that u can still be very very angry and not let YOUR children face the same desolation..u know wat i mean ? its like throwing bak a stupedous fite in their face everytime they throw one at u...they may value money the most...but u prith..u can ..if u want to..keep valuing the things that u do...dont give in prith..dont...therez always another step to b taken wen u think u have completed ur whole journey...u told me once..not to compensate on my dreams...today i want to say the same thing to u..n perhaps wen one day u have a family...u'll run it on different basis...wont u prith ?

It is true that as part of a society you have to learn how to live WITH them, but you do not have to live LIKE them.. And besides being part of the society, you as an individual can choose to have ur own values and principles, which they, the “crowd”, can never take away if you do not allow them to.. Not belonging has never been and will never be an easy job, but u know what...this fight for your dreams, however stupid others may think they are, is never worthless as in the end you will be able to stand up straight and just face urself and say…”I like what I am”.. Giving up would only mean becoming one of the ones you so much despise.. And I guess its better being different than being part of something u hate..Anger is natural when u see so much ignorance around you, but its not a solution, its not about fighting back, its about not letting them touch you.. Because the fight should not be AGAINST them, but FOR yourself and what you believe in..
I am not going to say impossible, but it is highly improbable for a man to be able to change a system, but at the same time a system cannot change a man if he chooses not to allow himself be absorbed by that system..Still.. I also believe that a man can make a difference, however small that may be.. U see kid...even with this post, which is indeed one impressive piece of writing ;), you could make a difference..if not for many others, than at least for yourself..because every time u read this you will think of the reasons u wrote it.. and maybe remember whats important..
And don’t u worry..they wont get to u that easily, you’re much stronger than that..and I think u kinda know this well enough ;) I have said it before and im saying it again..kid..u’re amazing..and for what matters..i can look at you and say...I like what you are. :)

Take care and really good writing...im proud of u..hehe..:)

Love,
Ana

hey prithvi,
there is something i wanna say about this line you wrote...."i jus wanna die..than to live a life where i couldnt keep my head up...and end up like every other man"
dont you think that this very thinking of not being an ordinary person just like anyone else, makes you extraordinary? This 'difference' this thinking starts in the mind itself, its not necessary that your beliefs should always menifest themselves in your actions so that you can show the world..that you have the capability to change the conventions...you neednt prove anything...even in the movie rang de basanti, those students' sacrifice was in a way futile because it couldnt prove anything...but hey, look at it this way,it DID provoke a thinking against the system. We are helpless because we dont have the authority to bring about a legal change in the system, but yeah we Do have this power to think...and above that make others think.Thats what makes people like you different.

I could relate to it very well due to that VT incident with me..rang de basanti

P.S:whatever happend?why didja delete your comment from my blog?
